I purchased an in-app purchase. The charge was run through my bank acct but I never got the in-app purchase and now there is no receipt in my iTunes. However it does show up under the in-app purchase purchase section of the game.

1. You should have received an email receipt.
2. It should be listed in your Purchases History in your iTunes account.
3. Log into your account to view your Purchase History.
how to fix this issue (your purchase could not be completed for assistance, contact itunes support)
i can't complate my purchase, i have enough balance of 20$ and am trying to buy Application Document to go which worth 16.99$
i update the softwar but still same problem?
i change phone number of my billing address but still not work?
