I have tried everything suggested nothing works. Even factory restored twice, nothing helps. I lose 1% every 4-5 minutes and that is with email set to fetch, fb deleted, locaton services off, notifications off, diagnostics data automatic send off, bluetooth off, wifi off.

I notice that when I fully charge the phone, it will drop to 99% in about 30-40 minutes, but after then I will only get 4-5 mins for evey 1%. Anyone else noticing this?

Really need a fix for this Apple!

I'm not talking about 'diagnostics'. I'm talking about a battery test.

A disagnostic just checks what the phone says about it's current state.

A battery test is a controlled experiment, in which you determine exactly how long, under specific conditions, it takes for the battery to completely discharge. Its not something you do in store. It's something you'd do at home, and it will take some time. I recommended calling Apple Support so they could walk you through the steps of setting up the test.
