This started for us as well on iPad and our 2 iPhone 4Ss. Have yahoo.com email and snet.net (same as sbcglobal). Followed all steps but only email accounts show. No calendars appear under settings to choose from. Gmail calendar works fine.

My yahoo.com calendar did briefly appear last night, but vanished again. Very frustrating since we use yahoo calendar for all family scheduling.

Exported yahoo cal to gmail calendar for now. May not switch back...hope it's resolved soon.

I am having the same problem with Yahoo Calendar and have followed all of the suggested steps, remove account. reinstall etc

Been to the Rogers Store, 40 minutes at the Genius Bar in my local Apple store and over an hour with Rogers/Yahoo Tech support to no avail.

Why doesn't someone fess up to a software problem on one end or the other? And give us an indication of when a fix can be expected.

I just got an iPhone 5. I set up my yahoo account and mail contacts work fine. But I can't get the calendar to work. I even tried it with caldav & it doesn't work. My old iPhone 4 is still running on wifi and the calendar works fine there where it's set up on caldav. This is so frustrating. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Whilst it's really frustrating for everyone who's lost their yahoo calendar, me included, there is reassurance that I'm not entirely losing the plot! It was beginning to drive insane.

Like many other my calendar vanished just a few days ago, tried all the options, no luck. Glad tho that Yahoo and Apple are aware and hopefully trying to get a fix as my business diary relies on me using either my iphone or iPad to put appointments in my calendar when I'm out and about.

Incidentally my yahoo account is provided via BT

The sooner this gets fixed the better

Just got off phone with Yahoo tech...this is what we had to do to get my Yahoo Calendar to sync again. Keep in mind my situation is different from yours. Long story short, I had my Sbcglobal.net email linked to my Yahoo small business email and hosting service and had to de-link the sbcglobal.net with a personal Yahoo email instead. I don't have DSL anymore from ATT so no need for me to keep the Sbcglobal.net email.

Before setup:

- I had ATT-Yahoo Small business web hosting (this is povided by ATT but powered by Yahoo)

- I had a sbcglobal.ent email linked to my small business Yahoo email, contact, and calendar

During setup (Yahoo rep walked me through this process step by step)

- Yahoo tech completely separated the sbcglobal.net email from yahoo small business web hosting service

- Instead I linked my personal Yahoo email to yahoo small business web hosting

- exported all my contacts and calendar to my desktop (this is for import later)

After setup:

- Now i can login using either my personal Yahoo email or my business domain email

- under contacts and calendar, import the files from my desktop that i saved before

- in the iphone, i deleted and readded the perosal yahoo email (turn on contacts, calendar, and reminder) and business email account (turn off contacts, calendar, and reminder)

- my emails are synced and more importantly all my contacts and calendars are now synced with iphone.

- the only thing not showing up is Reminder (ToDos) which is minor issue for me.

I did an online chat w/ Apple Support last night. They said they didn't know anything about this being an issue. They did some troubleshooting and then had me do a full restore to restore the software. They were very certain that this would fix this issue. It didn't. They're scheduled to call me today at 1:30 eastern time to find out how it went. I'll keep you posted.

Want to add my experience here - same issues on iOS 6.1.3 devices (iPhone and iPad). When setting up my Yahoo! account on the device, I get Mail, but Yahoo! Calendar does not show up anywhere. Can't select it as a default calendar, can't see it in the Calendar list of the Calendar app.

Getting Help is practically impossible. I am an ATT U-Verse customer at home. All Help screens send you there. After a lengthy chat with them, and my constantly reminding them this is a Yahoo issue, not an ATT connectivity issue, they eventually directed me to the ATT Mobility group. Again reminded them this is Yahoo, not connectivity.

To get into Mobility support, you have to be a Mobility customer. Fortunately we are, but U-Verse didn't know this. Went through the same process with them. It appears that no part of ATT has any direct line into Yahoo, yet Yahoo is their customer facing experience. They finally dredged up a Yahoo Customer Cares support number, verified for me that this was in fact a Yahoo support line, connected me to the number, and..... wait for it..... they were closed for the day.

So the fiasco continues.... There are basically two possible causes here. Either 1) Apple screwed up their built-in Yahoo! account setup mechanism in iOS 6.1.x; or 2) Yahoo changed something that broke Apple's built-in setup mechanism. ATT is not involved.

Note that Yahoo has no way to find their support line or to get to their help once you login with your ATT account to the ATT/Yahoo page. It ALWAYS points you back to ATT. ATT has no way to access Yahoo for resolving, or even identifying, Yahoo issues. Fun. A case of the blind leading the deaf.

As to workarounds:

Using the Mobile version of the Yahoo website in Safari on iPad/iPhone provides no access to your Yahoo calendar, AND Yahoo automatically redirects you to the mobile version when you try to access the non-Mobile version. So, there is no workaround to access your Calendar on the iPhone or iPad using Safari. Thanks Yahoo!

While Yahoo distributes a Yahoo App for Yahoo Mail, it too has no access to Calendars. Thanks Yahoo!

Why is my Yahoo calendar not shown on my iPhone5. I added the account.
