Your issue is with instagram Not Apple... you really do need to take it up with them.

Thank you very much. I wrote there. but there is no report. Once the message is coming from the robot. where there is no solution to my problem.
Your issue is with Instagram. Only they can tell you why they banned you from their service. Apple can't help you. You've been told everything people here know. Sorry but there really isn't anything else anyone here can do.
