iTunes won't install on Windows 7

Question

Firstly my iPhone 4s wouldn't sync with my iTunes, so I thought reinstalling it would be the best thing to do.

So I uninstalled iTunes and tried to reinstall it, although when it starts to install this message comes up;

Can somebody help me?
