Minecraft crashing

I have done all the troubleshooting steps for minecraft pocket edition but still having loads of problems. Crashes 99% of the time. It's got me really mad! I have tried to contact maker but can't find contact info. Any suggestion please. Thanks

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.4

The contact info for app is either in the app itself, which you probably can't use because it is crashing, or in the description area of the app in the App Store.


Something's to try is to quit the app and reset the iPad.

Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it jiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.


If that didn't help try deleting the app, then reset the iPad and download the app again. You will lose any points or info but that might get the p to work again.
