"Your apple id has been disabled"

Rang Apple Care and spoke to a very helpful lady who was able to resolve this within minutes.

We are fellow users, we won't know whether it has or hasn't been disabled. If it has have you followed the instructions that have already been posted on this thread ?

We won't know why, we are fellow users. Try resetting its password and logging out and back in everywhere, and if that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support.

I'm having this problem right now and no clue how to fix it Apple support is no help. It's ridiculous it tells me it is disabled but no reason why or no direction on how to fix it.
