Hello, I just noticed that some of my playlists dissapeared so how the heck do I get them to show up again or am I going to have to do it all over again?

This may rebuild your missing playlist.
Hey, I tried that but it didn't work unless I read that wrong but then I found this but I'm just asking you though what if I hold down the option key and open iTunes at the same time what does that do? Or would that also work for me for the playlists show back up?
Holding the Option key when you open iTunes allows you to choose a different library if you had more than one. It won't restore your playlist.
If following the steps in the article didn't work, if it were me, I would just recreate the playlist manually again. It may be possible to restore it by loading an earlier iTunes library file, but I'm not sure if that would cause other problems with syncing or not. That's why I would just create the playlist again rather than trying to restore it.
