Office 2011 - Outlook - Flags disappear

Hi guys,

A weird thing started hapening today - whenever I flag an e-mail for follow-up the flag disappears straight after the Outlook syncs with IMAP server. The flags worked flawlesly until this afternoon. The flags appear on my iPhone and on our office PC's though. Also all my previous flags vanished from Mac too for some weird reason :/

Any suggestions?

Guys - I'm having a problme with the flags however only when applying a flag to a reply or new message. I flag the reply or new message for follow up before its sent, then send, the flag will appear in the tasks folder untill outlook syncs then it dissapears. I have to go into the sent messages then re-flag the message for the flag to "stick".

Any ideas would be appreciated....
