You can use find my device if you had icloud enabled and find my device set to on. Just go to icloud.com and use the option to find my iPhone. This will help you locate your iPad. Also i would recommend contacting your local law enforcement to file a report.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.

Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.
