I have two iPads and have now got an ipad mini for my daughter. The ipad mini keeps dropping out of wifi. The iPads do not. I keep going into settings and reconnecting then it still drops out!
Looking on line it seems a lot of customers are having the same problem. I am thinking of taking it back.
Is anyone else having this problem, or can anyone offer some advice?
You could try resetting the Network settings and starting over (any memorised wifi passwords will be erased).
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network settings. I think the iPad will reboot, reconnect it to your network and test.
Hi, I had mine checked out at the Apple store yesterday for the same issue. The technician told me my iPad mini had connectivity issues. I exchanged it for a new unit as I got it 10 days prior. The other option offered was to let them open it up and fix in the house.
So far this one is working well. Take it to Apple for diagnostics if you can.
