Can Final Cut Pro X not produce text with a strikethrough?

I need to create text with a strikethrough in final cut pro X. The program does not seem be able to do this. I even imported a iMovie project with strikethrough text and it vanished in FCPX. All I need is a title with a strikethrough.

As far as I can tell, this does not seem to be supported. I tried making a little text in TextEdit with different formatting, like italic, bold, underline, strike-through, and then pasting it into Motion. Italic and bold (even in combination) are retained, but not underline or strike-through.
