even after i try 'add file to library ' the music and videos are not seen in the library
it was proper before but now i dont know whats wrong. i need to upload songs and videos to my ipod and iphone?

I had the same problem. I solved it by signing out of my apple ID and signing back in. The songs I had tried to add suddenly appeared. Apple's not the company once was, is it?
