What would you do if the handle on your car were crooked?... take it back to the seller.
Do the same here... take it in to Apple and see if they will replace it under warranty.
Unfortunately There is no apple close by but I will get in touch with them

If you recently bought it from Verizon, take it in to them. All they can do is say no.
I Just called apple they said that they can't do anything about it the only way they can do
something about was If the phone was not working.
