When you say the IP address and the MAC address of your network, do you mean the IP address and MAC address of your Router? You can find both of these addresss of your Router by going into the Advanced section of Network Preferences

System Preferences > Network > Select the method in which you connect > Advanced

To find the IP address, select the option "TCP/IP" - You should notice a valid IP (hopefully not starting with 169.254)

To find the MAC address of the card you're using to connect to the network head across to "Hardware" - it should be the topmost thing provided there.

If I've confused you, let me know and I'll assist in anyway I can.

Open Terminal copy, paste and press enter:

For your Ethernet (wired) MAC address: ifconfig en0 | grep ether

For your Airport (wireless) MAC address: ifconfig en1 | grep ether

These two are pernament and hardwired to the machine, can be traced to you via records kept at Apple, however they can be masked or "spoofed" with another.

For your local Wide Area Network (WAN) IP given by your wireless router, open your System Preferences > Network > Airport and you should see it.

For your IP that connects your moden or router/modem to the Internet Service Provider, click this link

For your routers MAC address you need wireless sniffing software like KisMAC, or it might be on the manual or device.

Are you looking for the IP and MAC addresses of all of the devices that reside on your network -- such as computers, printers, iPads, etc? For this I use the iOS app called "fing"

WakeOnLan will also show all the IP and MAC addresses of all devices on the local network.

To the OP. Finding the IP address of your router on the Internet side, can be done, via a site such as <http://whatismyip.com> or just doing a Google Search for "My IP Address" and the first Google hit will display your network visible IP address.
