If you buy a new on , then yes you will get all of that.

If it is replaced under warranty, then no. You will get a service unit, could be a refurb, with no accessories - you need to keep everything but the iphone itself when you have it exchanged.

If there is a fault that falls within the terms of the warranty, Apple replaces the faulty devices. If the phone has a fault, they will replace the phone. Not the charger, not the cable. If the cable has a fault, they will replace the cable, not the phone!
