How do I retrieve a video that I accidentally deleted from my iPhone 5, but didn't back up?

Just got back from vacation and haven't backed up my iPhone 5 yet, and accidentally deleted a video in my photo library in the meantime. Is there any way to retrieve it?

It was deleted from the Camera Roll. The Photo Library stores photos transferred from your computer which cannot be deleted direct from the iPhone.

Do a Google or internet search for data recovery software for the iPhone and take your chances with one.
