Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have windows XP and when I use iTunes diagnostic it tells me: Secure link to iTune store failed and my iPod is not recognized.
About a month ago everything was fine now a different story.
I can download music but cannot sync to iPod as it is not recognized.
