If the account will not setup automatically we have some helpful articles to show what information we need to get and how to use it. First this document, http://km.support.apple.com/library/APPLE/APPLECARE_ALLGEOS/HT4810/My_Email_Sett ings.pdf, shows what information you need to get from your provider to setup the email account on your iPad.

Then use this article named iOS: Setting up an email account outlines how to setup that email account. Find it here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4810.



If you need help setting up or troubleshooting mail, please visit the Mail assistant for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Follow these steps to set up the first email account on your iOS device.

  1. Tap Mail on the Home screen of your iOS device.

  2. Select your email provider. If you don't see your email provider listed, tap Other > Add Mail Account.
  3. Follow the steps and provide the required information to configure your account.
