my iphone 3gs shows itunes logo and usb cable
i need some help to solve this matter, there is only itunes logo and usb cable logo in my 3gs. it doesn't load the OS.
iPhone 3GS, iOS 4.3.1
It should propably be in the recovery mode..if an i device is in the recovery mode, then only it shows the itunes logo and usb cable..to solve this,
- plug in ur device and open itunes
- itunes should show an message saying "iphone in recover mode".
- click on the "restore iphone" option and update it.
- this should slove ur problem.
if it doesnt solve it , then go for a third party software. here is how to do..
- download "tiny umbrella". it is a software.
- open it and then plug in ur device .
- it should show on the left top corner, all the devices connected.
- click on ur device and then in the middle it should show an option "fix recovery" . click on that and ur done.
i suggest you first follow the procedure in the itunes..if it doesnt work then go to the second option..
