MacMall bad experience
Hello! Received a new iMac 27-inch from Macmall in terrible condition. What to do?
Extended version:
Recently ordered a custom 27-inch iMac. After a week in ground UPS transit an item arrived in bare retail package! To say a package was in da conditionis to say nothing. It was just RUINED. Terribly dirty, badly scratched, scuffs and visible signes of hits, crumpled corners, writings with marker and the factory seal damage. Item inside suvived ok but failed my expectations completely.
That was the _NEW_27-inch custom iMac $2500 worth just right upon its arrival from MacMall.
Long story short:
Can someone tell if MacMall always ships Apple products in retail package ONLY or do they ship in in brown transportation box and Im just unlucky to receive it without outer brown box?
Their support vows they do but I doubt that official Apple retailer will dare to ship items to its customers in LIKE THIS condition.
