I saw on an ipad 2 that when you touch a letter/key on the digital screen keyboard, they get bigger for just a second. Like on the Iphone. This is not the case on my Ipad mini. Anyone knows how come? And if it is possible to change this in settings? Because I can't find it anywhere..

There is no setting to change that on the iPad. The letters do not get bigger as they do on the iPhone.
Because the iPad Mini is a good bit larger than the iPhone and there really is no need for the keys to pop up like they do on the iPhone or the iPod Touch. The device was designed this way and like stedman1 said, there is no way to change it.
I don't know where you think you saw that on an iPad 2, but iPads have never had that feature.
Thanks for the fast replies. That's also what they told me at the apple store, but still I remember that i saw it on an Ipad 2.. I'll go check it and let yall know.
I'd be very curious to know how you saw it on an iPad - unless of course the iPad that you saw it on was jailbroken.
The keys don't pop up, but they do highlight on the iPad. The problem that I am having is that I can't get them to highlight on my iPad mini. All of the settings are the same on both of my iPads, it's just that they don't react when I tap them on my iPad mini, which makes typing much more difficult. Any suggestions?
How come that the letters on the keyboard of the ipad mini don't pop up (as in the iphone) when you hit them?
