How to Update my Iphone 3gs to ios 5.1.1

my itunes always want to update my iphone to 6.1.3 which 3gs doesn't support. How can I update it to iOS 5.1.1?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 4.1

The iPhone 3Gs does support iOS 6 > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5457

However... The iPhone 3G can only update as far as iOS 4.2.1
