split my music and movies to separate drives

without removing the option of keeping my itunes library organized and copying new files to my itunes library,

is there a way to split the my itunes music and itunes movies to separate drives?

I have 40gigs of music and like 250gigs of videos. I need to spit this up.

can this be done in Windows? (easily enough.. guessing junctions)
