The Apple Store's "diagnosis" of your computer's problem is Free, as Mende 1 told you above. The cost of repairing it will depend entirely on what the cause of the problem turns out to be. If the hard drive or logic board have failed, for instance, they will quote you the cost for replacing that given hardware component. Different components cost different prices. You'll just have to take it in and get the free diagnosis and then the cost estimate for repairs. We cannot tell you more than that.
