Profile First Aid Log showing 2 errors and files are locked so repair option is not effective

Out of nowhere Color Sync Utiliity opened up and I clicked verify and this is what comes up:

Checking 24 profiles...

/System/Library/CoreServices/Resources/Profiles/HD 709-A.icc

Header message digest (MD5) is missing.

/System/Library/CoreServices/Resources/Profiles/SD 170M-A.icc

Header message digest (MD5) is missing.

Verify done - found 2 bad profiles.

I hit repair and this is what happens:

The file is locked. Could not be fixed.

/System/Library/CoreServices/Resources/Profiles/SD 170M-A.icc

Header message digest (MD5) is missing.

The file is locked. Could not be fixed.

Repair done - 0 out of 2 profiles fixed.

So im lost here any idea if I could fix it and why its showing errors?
