Using Sharepod with iphone 5

Is there a trick to using Sharepod with the iphone 5? When I use sharepod 3.9.9.0 it corrupts the iphone database. I get the nice message "iTunes cannot read iPhone content".

When I use the new version of sharepod I don't have the option to copy music from my computer to my iphone.

I am trying to copy music from my computer to my iphone. I would hope there would be a way to do this without using itunes. I really don't want to use itunes or like itunes at all. Is there a way to fix this problem with sharepod?

What other programs have the same functionality as sharepod that can copy music from your computer to your iphone 5 and vice versa?
