Youtube app not working "error tap to retry" on ipad 4. Tried holding home button and off together and delete and download agin both didn't work

I Am also facing this problem.

I have tried following things:

-- reboot my ipad

-- reset all

-- uninstall YouTube app and again install it.. But don't work out

can any one suggest.. How to resolve this issue plz..

Is dis problem is related to IOS version 7.1 ?

I am having the same problem on my iPhone 6. No videos will play in the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling and signing out of app. Nothing worked. Any other suggestions?
