I've forgot my iPad1 password but I am logged it. How do I delete the password? And if I delete my password will all my apps erase?

What password are you referring to? Are you talking about the 4-digit security code used to unlock the iPad?
Go to General>Passcode Lock and turn Passcode Off Simple Passcode Off
Nothing will be erased.
