Why won't my fans turn on?

Hi, I just purchased my new and very first Macbook Pro 13" in Dec' '12. So it's fairly new and latest up to date. My fans won't turn on. Even when the computer is hot, and I mean... "HOT!" to the touch.. I hear no fan on at all. I downloaded an app called, I'm sure you've heard of it, SMC Fan Control, and all it does is read my temperature and supposedly sets the new minimum fan speed. But when I set the new minimum, nothing happens at all whatsoever, nada, zilch!

AND it reads at a whopping 130-140 DEGREES!!! That is HOT! Somehow my mac is still going, it seems to slow down like its taking real long to think, other then that its still surviving. I've read alot of these complaints, of the very same issue.

Used PC's all my life. Just switched to mac, love it, I see its the best now but they have this one defect/issue alot of people are complaining about, the fans... The casing is all closed up no vents at all except then slim but wide vent in the back I guess it somehow keeps the computer from blowing up like a volcano. but the fans aren't turning on at all. SMC reads 0 rpm.... hmm...?

I tried everything, restarting, redownloading, nothing.... nothing works.

What can I do?

I hear maybe the fans could be clogged...? If so they clog easily and how can I clean..? Being careful of giving shock during opening, not touching anything else..?

I'm not so computer tech savvy, just a slight grasp on the basics so talk to me english please.

Could it be I installed SMC wrong..? I downloaded and reinstalled, deleted twice. I dragged the icon to my dock. I dont know what else to try because it doesnt work for nothing.

Please help.

and why does Appl do nothing about this..??? Something so important to computer health, so many people complaining about the same thing, so much money they're making and everyone seems to be having the same problem with their computers... hmm....

Thanks in advance!

I dont understand how thats not hot.. 130 degrees F is hot.. feels hot. its hotter then a summer day at 100 degrees. it feels really REALLY hot to the touch... maybe it read it wrong i dont know, but its hot for my taste. its pretty hot. Who wants a computer running that hot... other people complain about their computer being at only 80 degrees or 90 degrees.... mines at 130 !! and its not hot!?

Anyway, I want an app to control my fan speed. I can download monitoring apps all day, but need one for fan speed please thanks.. oh and one that works. ..SMC for some reason doesnt work, i dont know why..

Yea, thats now that the AC is on and the computer isnt very hot, and while its charging.

It gets hotter if theres no ac and its unplugged for some reason. So those temps are now at the coolest. Its not hot now, it gets pretty hot though. And Im not going to Apple, just so they can tell me the same thing or sell me a solution. I just want an app that works and allows me to control my fans, k thanks.
