What can I do if I microwave my iPhone?

Personally, I think that people who claim to have done that are trolling. Can't imagine anyone that would fall for that.

Oh... I believe it After 25 years in IT, I believe some people would do almost anything. I have an intern working for me this summer. He asked me about it the other day... seriously... Made me stop and think about what kinf of projects I'm going to be giving him going forward.

I agree with Tim. Never underestimate the extent of human stupidity.

"What do you mean I shouldn't charge my phone in the bathroom while taking a steamy hot shower?"

"I flushed my phone down the toilet. A couple of days later, it washed back up. Can you fix it?"

"Show me where it in the owners manual it says that you shouldn't expose the phone to water. If you can't, then it's under warranty." To that one, I pointed out the owners manual doesn't say don't run over it with a car but that doesn't mean that the manufacturer will honor the warranty if you do.

So, how did you solve the problem?
