I have a Dell 1235CN I bought when I was a windows pc guy, but now I ahve a Mac and I can't check the toner levels. I tried System Preferences > Print & Scan > Dell 1235cn > Options & Supplies... > Supply Levels = "Information Not Available." How do I fix this? Thanks

Some vendors provide a menu within the print dialog to show the toner/ink levels instead of using the menu you mention. So if you select to print a document from Preview and have the Show Details view selected, check all the printer menus for an ink status menu.
