Where is the "File" tab in the New iTunes?

I just downloaded the "new itunes". I have a lot of duplicate songs but the "answer" I found about how to do this starts with "

Choose File > Display Duplicates to show duplicate items..." There is no FILE in the new software. How can I do this?

The show duplicates feature is now under the View menu. Use Shift > View > Show Exact Duplicate Items as this is normally a more useful selection. You need to manually select all but one of each group to remove. Or use my DeDuper script if you don't want to do it by hand. Please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping. See this thread for background.

(If you don't see the menu bar press ALT to show it temporarily or CTRL+B to keep it displayed)

I nearly went bonkers with this issue too. Tap on top left corner icon (looks like a box with left half dark/right side light and a drop down arrow) scroll down to second bottom and click on: "Show Menu Bar" Ctrl +B

and Voila!!! You now have the menu bar with the File tab!!!! No idea WHY it was setup that way. We don't all remember Ctrl+B so this is the other way when you can't retain all Ctrl commands in your head!
