How do I change the Audio Bit Depth in FCPX?

Hey all,

I'm trying to change the audio bit depth to 16-bit. I am struggling finding the setting where I can change this. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply.

I work in television where a large amount of video is edited on a daily basis and is generally on a time crunch. I'm testing out moving from 7 to X. The audio board won't play the audio unless the bit depth is 16-bit (it can be changed to 24, but that would require the entire system/all the edit bays/etc to be changed, so changing X would be much easier). Is the workflow through compressor time consuming?

Thanks,

Nick

P.S. I now realize I probably should've said all that earlier.
