Is there any updates when the apple developer forum will be back up. I got dev questions that I would like to be answered.

which broswer are you using? I'm using Safari 6.0.4 everytime in login into the apple dev form it popup for a second then the browser screen go blank.

I can't get in either. I'd also like to report an issue, but my screen goes blank, too. I'm running Safari 6.1.
The issue is only happening for new users. The error is being caused by ExtJS - there is a missing element on the "ToS Acceptance" page, which is causing the form to not appear, thus not allowing the new user access to the forums.

I can confirm that I am a newly registered developer and had this same problem. I log into the dev forums and I get a mostly blank screen; nothing but the Member Center header up top. I just tried again (first time today) and it presented me with the ToS. Everything is looking good now. Much thanks Noah.
