Help with MIDI drums sounds

Hoping for a little help with a problem here. I have imported MIDI drums tracks to Garageband and I don't like the default drums sounds. I was hoping for something a little more realistic sounding. Is there anyway to achieve this? Any module plugins or anything that people can recommend? I don't want to use loops as it's a specific drum track done in MIDI.

any help greatly appreciated.

Have you tried selecting a different drum kit?

I have, but they still have this 'MIDI generated' sound. It doesn't sound like it uses audio clips that are transposed for it's instruments, you know, like what used to be Wave MIDI in the old days. It still sounds computer generated.

Anyone know a way to get a more 'real' sound?

I use the Rhythm Jam Pack. It has a "dum kit" called Studio Toolkit that has a bunch of different sounding hits for each piece in a drum kit. Varies the sounds of the attack, sometimes there's a grab, you know, things that make a drumset sound more human. Very good value.
