This is the error message I get whenever I try to connect to itunes with my iPod touch or iPhone 4.

I tried this, didn't work.
Then maybe:
If I uninstall iTunes then reinstall will that help?
I would try:
Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
I fixed my problem by deleting the lockdown folder from Windows.
