Since I apparently can't post my questions about iOS 7 here, I can't seem to get into the paid developers forums. Is anyone else having this problem?
Yes, i too cannot access the developer forum !
When i click into the forums the page goes blank.
I just logged in.
No problems.

What browser and OS are you using?
Tried both on Safari 6.0.5 and Google Chome 27.0.1453.110. Still no luck.
Don't bother using anything but the latest version of Safari. No other browsers are officially supported.
How long have you had your paid account?
I bought it yesterday around this time, and officially activated it today at 11:30 AM EST.
I managed to get this resolved by removing everything in the URL past the 'forumsagreement' text.
This then gave me an agreement to agree to.
Once I'd agreed to it I was redirected to the devforum index.
You should provide a link to that.
