Unable to verify identity: Support centre not answering?

I know that they must be really busy what with the new beta coming out, but I was promised replies within 1 business day and I have received only one email, about 26 hours after originally submitting my inquiry and have yet to hear another response. The first email was useless as he simply stated "the issue you were experiencing should be fixed, try again" but it is not fixed.


The number to call is constantly busy and I have tried for hours now to get through. Last night I was on hold for over an hour until the department closed and it hung up on me after playing their closing message.


Does anyone know why it can't verify my identity? Why they aren't answering to this quickly? As a student working on programming this is important to have working for me as it relates directly to my education..
