my ipod doesnt have software update, i brought it earlier the ipod third gen, any help please cant download a thing :/

If you really have a 3G iPod:

COnnect the iPod to your computer and update via iTunes.

iOS 4: Updating your device to iOS 5 or later

You need iTunes 10.5 or later

The Settings>General>Software Update comes with iOS 5

Wireless software updating only comes with ios 7. So if you have ios 4 then upgrade it to 5 using itunes and you will get that

AppleRoshan, just want are you saying? The wifi update (setting.General>Software Update) ws first introduced in iOS 5.
