customer care email id

dear all,

please can somebody give me the customercare email id.im at india and i need to get my ipod replaced.its within my warranty period.i tried calling customer care several times but i got a recorded message saying please call during office hours.also i cannot contact customer service as there is no custmer care centre in india.so can u please give me the email id of the customer care.
