customer care email id

dear all,

please can somebody give me the customercare email id.im at india and i need to get my ipod replaced.its within my warranty period.i tried calling customer care several times but i got a recorded message saying please call during office hours.also i cannot contact customer service as there is no custmer care centre in india.so can u please give me the email id of the customer care.

There is no e-mail address for Apple Customer Care.
You need to contact them by telephone, during their business hours.

You can also try to submit a service request, but I'm not sure if this form also applies to India.
