forgot password on iphone 4s now its disabled anyone help me ?

To enable the iPhone you must restore from recovery mode by following the instructions in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212 and may need to do so more than once to succeed.

Note this restores to factory condition, you then have to restore from a backup to get your content and settings back...or start downloading your apps again from the app store and music from iTunes.
