its because bluetooth file transfer is not supported by apple on all of their devices including iphones. sad to know but thats just the way Apple works to make it all seem classy and exclusive -__-

If they haven't added it in the previous 6 versions of iOS, it seems unlikely that they would now.
Only the app iBluenova can transfer files from iphone to other devices. Try downloading it ... it really works !
I suspect Revanth007 is the developer of this app he's "recommending" in this and other related threads. According to the reviews you pay £1.49 for an app that doesn't work, and you get no support or refunds. Beware!
