New iMac, motion and FCP without inbuilt templetes

Recently bought a imac 21.... only problem i saw in it is when i open any software such as FCP, Motion, Adobe Premiere then there are no Presets...no inbuilt presets of creating sequence especially HD and also Motion inbuilt templetes arent there.

So what is the solution for this? I had many sequence creating presets in my old Mac and many inbuilt templetes in Motion too.

Do i need to install them manually?
