Correcting wrong TOC page numbers in epub template

I'm trying to use the Pages template to create an eBook. I'm using the Table of Contents function, but when I create a new section it seems to give that section the page number of 1 in the TOC even though the number of the page in the document is (e.g.) 16. Does anyone know how to over-r
