Will Final Cut Studio 3 work with OSX Mavericks?

It may sounds strange but I've no problems at this moment after upgrade from 10.6.8 to 10.9 but realy I think that Rosetta methot may be better

Well if you depend on your system to earn a living, I'd do a clean install. And as I said, having a clone of your functioning system is a great idea. I've got a macpro with 4 internal drive bays, so I've got a clone on an internal drive and if things go south, I'm back to work in a few minutes.

Which version of OS X do You have and which version of FCS have You installed?

Had You any problems after installed FCS on OS X by Rosetta method?

If You Have Mavericks and FCS installed by Rosetta methot and You have no problem with it tomorrow I'll do clean install

Fresh installation of OS X Mavericks is much better. I installed Rosetta withou problems and warnings. Now I'm installing FCS 2

did you actually read the thread about uninstalling Rosetta? Makes my head swim. Anyway, please let us know if there are any problems that you think are related to the rosetta installation.

I have no issues at this time on OS X 10.9.0 with Rosetta installed.

Fresh installation of system is much better- better configuration and better settings.

Mavericks is very fast too
