i switched from iphone to Blackberry, and i would like to have access to over 100 notes that i wrote on my Iphone which are currently on Icloud
how can i get these onto my Blackberry or onto mt outklook-which in turn will get them onto my blackerry

Set up your iCloud account on your PC as explained here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/pc.html (requires Vista SP2 or higher and Outlook 2007 or higher). Then check "Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks" on the iCloud control panel for Windows. Your notes should then appear in Outlook in a Notes folder inside of your iCloud Mail.
Did you check Mail under your icloud account for a folder called Notes?

set it all up, and i see icloud being shown in my notes "drop down list" and it is checked off but my notes arent showing yet
got it, now how do i make those notes into a standard Outlook note format?
