My son deleted his Netflix app by mistake ( on iPad min), but now it won't reinstall the app. It still shows up under the settings menu, but won't reinstall/ update or open. I tried restarting iPad mini, but nothing seems to work.

How you can possibly go to the app, if it isn't on the iPad?, unless you mean when you find it in the App Store and you tap on Open, it will not open.

Did you do a search for it? Swipe to the right from the first home screen and type in Netfix in the search fleld and see if it shows up.

Is it possible that your restricted it in Settings>General>Restrictions>Allowed Content?

Have you tried rebooting the iPad?

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up

Thank you Demo!! I've been going absolutely crazy trying to figure out why I couldn't open the Netflix app, for some reason the allowed content was set to age 9+ ... All fixed, and one happy person!!
