I bought a Macbook pro second hand do I need an installation disk to
update the compute Operating system to the factory situation
Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), sn : w80312ejagw
On that Mac model, yes. Ask the person you bought it from for the original disks, or phone AppleCare and order replacements.
Retail DVDs won't work on that model.
